There are many blog articles I could write about these statistics. Today’s blog solution will focus on a Swedish start-up company building the world’s largest seaweed factory. The seaweed is mixed into their existing feedstock reducing the methane released from cows’ flatulence. Yes, their farts! About 3 years ago now, I learned about this for the first time. Scientists continue to study and scale up this solution, helping to reverse climate change.
