The Netherlands is researching new solutions to help solar parks have a positive impact on the land underneath. Solar parks are installed and designed to last for about 25 years. As a result of this process the reduction of sunlight has negative effects on the soil below.
Check out this article and learn about two new solutions being tested in the Netherlands that provide a 77% ground cover ratio for crops and almost 100% of the soil receives sufficient sunlight at a higher degree of coverage.
